Dear NCSY TJJ Bus Three Parents,

Day four was a day to remember! After a hot day walking in Tzfat on Tuesday, the teens welcomed a day of water sports and fun on Wednesday! We started the day with some team building by the Kineret. Each team got barrels, ropes and logs to build rafts. The team then had to all fit on their rafts and race. It was tremendously fun and friendly competition.

We then headed to lunch followed by a short water hike where we enjoyed splashing wars, cheer-offs with Israeli groups and some light swimming. From there we headed to the beach for AquaKef, blow-up obstacle courses on the water where we tested our strength and agility, with most of us ending up in the water!

The day was rounded out in Tiberias where we had a bit of shopping time before we got on the party boat where we got to see the incredible views and beautiful water while having  a dance party! After dinner at a restaurant there, we headed back to the hotel for some much needed showers and rest!

I have to say, seeing the incredible bonding of the teens and the family atmosphere that’s already been cultivated is really amazing to see. The teens are really branching out and quickly becoming fast friends.

Can’t wait to see what the rest of the week has in store for us!
