Shalom,
We had a great day up North today! We went to one of the northern most borders and heard from a veteran of tzahal (the Israeli army). He spoke about his Aliyah and transition into Kibutz life. We then went hiking through the Chatzbani River where we bonded and relaxed in some natural springs. Finally, we made our way to the Jordan River for some amazing water rafting. We are now getting ready up north in the Galil, where we will be taking in the amazing views on our first Shabbat together.
