As I mentioned yesterday, today was a busy day.   We started on an amazing hike in Nachal Kziv near the Lebanese border. It included a serious descent and ascent of mountain sides and a a beautiful creek in the middle. 
From there we traveled to matzuva for fresh pizzas and then to the keshet cave for rappelling. 
It was a fun and difficult but an amazing day packed with opportunities that challenged the TJJERS to raise their own bar and succeed beyond their expectations.
