The Anne Samson Jerusalem Journey
NCSY TJJ BUS 3 Last Day

Dear NCSY TJJ Bus 3 Family,

We began our last day in Israel together with a visit to Yemin Moshe, the windmill in Jersusalem built by Moses Montefiorer. He was the pioneer who helped Jerusalem grow into what it is today. We sat in the shade a reminisced about the trip and our favorite moments. Afterwards it was off to Ben Yehuda for some last minute shopping (and eating).

We then began the banquet ceremony filled with fun and inspiration. Rivi and Eitan, our Israeli staff put together a game to see who could remember the most of what we learned over the past month (congratulations to team Fear the Brow).  We ended with the staff presenting books to each teen to continue their exploration of Judaism and Israel.

We ended the day with dinner at Papagayos, a steak restaurant and a final visit to the Kotel. Then it was off to the airport. After tear filled goodbyes the teens were on their way bak home!

It has been a pleasure having all your children for the summer. They are all special, great teens and I hope to see them all again soon.

One last time for the summer, all the best,

Rabbi Yitz
